Is it? Thank you! It has sat (drooped?) On my easel for weeks. I was meant to go back to it, but didn’t. Those 2 lit up dashes in the middle are the Lancaster Memorial I’ve drawn previously.
I think it’s the depth of the landscape and the sombre cloudy sky and the dramatic horizon line that hit the spot – and the intriguing foreground of marks adds to the piece. I am glad it survived the ‘droop’ period!!
