I started doing them like that after I caught myself looking at churches from virtually the same spot each time. You get more angles for your money up close! A friend said I should call the series something like Angels and Angles.

I like the interesting angle – looking up at the building seems to make it more dynamic.

Thank you. This portico seemed rather grand for the front of a church. I looked, but there were no philosophers pacing and discoursing in its shelter.
